While AcademicCME covers a wide breadth of clinical areas, it has eight areas of special clinical focus that comprise the majority of its educational interventions:
CME content is developed based on identified prioritized areas of need that result from AcademicCME’s medical and education staff research; issues in current practice as identified by targeted learner research; expert perspective from its course chairs, faculty, and relevant specialty and federal guidelines; and the results of other qualitative and quantitative research of its targeted learners.
